Maine Rural Rehabilitation Fund Scholarship Program

(Four Year College, Postgraduate, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: One-time scholarship open to Maine residents enrolled in or accepted by any school, college, or university. Must be full time and demonstrate financial need. Those opting for a Maine institution given preference. Major must lead to an agricultural career. Minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA required; or minimum 3.0 GPA for most recent semester or quarter. Focus: Agriculture; Agribusiness; Animal/Veterinary Sciences Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Funds Avail.: Minimum no. of awards: 10. Maximum no. of awards: 20. Minimum award amount: $800. Maximum award amount: $2000.
