Floyd Boring Award

(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: The director of the U.S. Secret Service presents two scholarships annually to a law enforcement Explorer whose achievements reflect the high degree of motivation, commitment, and community concern that epitomizes the law enforcement profession.
