Purpose: Scholarships are available to eligible applicants at 4 universities in Kentucky. Our mission is to continually pursue statewide recruitment and retention of bright, motivated civil engineers in the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Focus: Civil Engineering Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
