Environmental Protection Scholarships

(Four Year College, University/Loan)

Purpose: Renewable awards for college juniors, seniors, and graduate students for tuition, fees, and room and board at a Kentucky state university. Awards of $4000 to $5000 per semester for up to four semesters. Minimum 2.5 GPA required. Must agree to work full-time for the Kentucky Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet upon graduation. Interview is required. Focus: Chemical Engineering; Civil Engineering; Materials Science, Engineering, and Metallurgy; Earth Science Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
