Kansas National Guard Educational Assistance Award Program
(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)
Purpose: Service scholarship for enlisted soldiers in the Kansas National Guard. Pays up to 100% of tuition and fees based on funding. Must attend a state-supported institution. Recipients will be required to serve in the KNG for three months for every semester of benefits after the last payment of state tuition assistance. Must not have over 15 years of service at time of application. Deadlines are January 15 and August 20. Contact KNG Education Services Specialist for further information. Must be Kansas resident. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to members of the following branches of the military: Air National Guard, Army National Guard.
