Ernest Hemingway Writing Awards

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Four scholarships of $2500 will be awarded to high school students who work for their school newspaper. Students must plan to enroll in an accredited college or university. Applications should be accompanied by writing samples or clips from the newspaper. Eligible applicants will be United States citizens. The deadline is January 15. Focus: Journalism Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
