Purpose: Scholarships are given to full-time undergraduate juniors or seniors, or graduate students majoring in the physical sciences: physics, chemistry, geology, engineering, biology or environmental science. Application deadline is April 11. Focus: Engineering-Related Technologies; Fire Sciences; Materials Science, Engineering, and Metallurgy; Mechanical Engineering; Physical Sciences and Math; Applied Sciences; Biology; Chemical Engineering; Civil Engineering; Earth Science; Electrical Engineering/Electronics; Engineering/Technology Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
