Purpose: One-time award to full-time students enrolled in a non-tax supported college or university in Texas. Must demonstrate financial need, and be a Texas resident of Harrison, Gregg, Marion, Panola, or Upshur county. Application requirements vary at each institution, please contact your Financial Aid Office for guidelines and to submit an application. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
