Yoshiyama Award for Exemplary Service to the Community

(Undergraduate/Prize)

Purpose: Award for high school seniors based on their community service activities. Must be nominated by someone familiar with their service. Submit nomination form, letter of nomination, and two supporting letters by April 1. Qualif.: Applicant must be: single, full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to employees or relatives of employees within the following industries: community service.
