Purpose: Scholarships available to Hispanic students entering into their first year of an accredited dental, dental hygiene, dental assisting, or dental technician program. Scholastic achievement, community service, leadership, and commitment to improving health of the Hispanic community will all be considered. Deadlines July 1 for dental students, and July 15 for dental hygiene students. Focus: Dental Health/Services Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to the following races: Hispanic.

Purpose: Scholarship offered to Hispanic U.S. students who have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in an accredited dental or dental hygiene program in the state of Texas. The awarding of these scholarships will obligate the grantees to complete the current year of their dental or dental hygiene program. Scholastic achievement, leadership skills, community service, and commitment to improving the health of the Hispanic community will all be considered. Deadlines are July 1 for dental students and July 15 for dental hygiene students. Focus: Dental Health/Services Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to persons of the following ethnic groups: Hispanic. Award available to the following races: Hispanic.
