Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society Scholarship Awards Competition

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: Must be Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society-assisted refugee who came to the U.S. after January 1, 1992. Must have completed two semesters at a U.S. high school, college, or graduate school. Application and information are available at Web site http://www.hias.org. Applications will only be accepted online. Applications must be submitted by midnight of March 15. Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Funds Avail.: Minimum no. of awards: 70. Maximum no. of awards: 90. Minimum award amount: $1500. No. and Amount Awarded Last Calendar Year: 84 scholarship(s), totalling $126,000.
