Purpose: One-time award to nursing students accepted to or enrolled in associate degree nursing programs and who agree to obtain a BSN at a nursing program in California within five years of obtaining an ADN. Priority is given to students enrolled in the following fields: medical imaging, occupational therapy, physical therapy, respiratory care, social work, pharmacy, pharmacy technician, medical laboratory technologist, surgical technician, ultrasound technician and diagnostic medical sonography. Eligible applicants may receive up to $4,500 per year in financial assistance. Deadlines: March 24 and September 11. Must be resident of CA and U.S. citizen.
