Purpose: For returning student who did not pursue any form of post-secondary education after graduation from high school or receipt of a GED for a minimum of 24 months. Applicants must be residents of Kent, Allegan, Ionia, Ottawa, Montcalm, or Muskegon counties in Michigan for a minimum of six months prior to applying. Purpose: For high school students (9th-12th grade) who are residents of Kent or Ottawa counties in Michigan to further pursue their musical endeavors. This may include, but is not limited to formal music training, seminars, workshops, music lessons, music concerts, musical instruments, music books, or summer enrichment programs.
