Stanley A. Doran Memorial Scholarship

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Dependent children of members in good standing of the Fleet Reserve Association or of a member in good standing at time of death are eligible for this scholarship. Deadline: April 15. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to members of the following branches of the military: Navy, Marines, Coast Guard.

Oliver and Esther R. Howard Scholarship

Purpose: Dependent children of members in good standing of the Fleet Reserve Association or the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Association or a member in good standing at time of death. Recipient must pursue an undergraduate degree in postsecondary institution. Awards are alternated annually between female dependents (in even numbered years) and male dependents (in odd numbered years). Deadline: April 15. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student.
