First Marine Division Association Scholarship Fund
(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)
Purpose: Award for graduating high school seniors or undergraduate dependents of deceased or 100% totally and permanently disabled veterans who served with the 1st Marine Division. Applicant's birth certificate and proof of parent's death or disability and service with the Division required. Must attend college full-time. At the present time, students are receiving grants of $1750 per student. Contact for further instructions. Qualif.: Applicant must be: age 22 or younger , single, full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to members of the following branches of the military: Marines.
