Purpose: Award available to children and grandchildren of National Association of Retired Federal Employees members. Must be full-time students in an accredited two- or four-year postsecondary school. Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to employees or relatives of employees within the following industries: federal/postal service.
