Harold Gulliksen Psychometric Research Fellowship Program

(University/Fellowship)

Purpose: Award for advanced graduate students in the field of educational measurement and related disciplines. The fellow's university will receive funding to pay the fellow a stipend of $15000. The university will also receive an educational allowance of $7500 to defray tuition, fees, and work study program commitments. Fellows who participate in the Summer Program will receive a stipend of $5000. Appointments are for one year but will be considered for renewal if appropriate. Focus: Education Qualif.: High school students not considered.

Sylvia Taylor Johnson Minority Fellowship in Educational Measurement

(Postgraduate/Fellowship)

Purpose: An award to a minority scholar who has received a doctorate degree within the past ten years. The fellow will conduct independent research under the mentorship of ETS researchers. The award is for a period of up to two years, renewable after the first year by mutual agreement. Applicant must have a commitment to education, particularly educational measurement. Focus: Education Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to the following races: Native American/Eskimo; Asian; African American; Hispanic.

Postdoctoral Fellowship Award Program

(Postgraduate/Fellowship)

Purpose: Award to individuals who hold a doctorate in psychology, education, literacy, statistics, computer science, educational technology, minority issues, and testing issues. The fellowship is for a period of up to two years, renewable after the first year by mutual agreement. Focus: Psychology; Education; Computer Science/Data Processing Qualif.: High school students not considered.
