Purpose: Three to five grants will be awarded for the study of obsolete tools, mechanical devices, crafts or industrial technology for purposes of publication, exhibits, or audio/visual presentations about early America prior to 1900. Must be U.S. citizen. Application deadline is March 15. Focus: Engineering/Technology; Trade/Technical Specialties; Engineering-Related Technologies Qualif.: Applicant must be: age 21 or older. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
