Purpose: Award for students of Dogrib ancestry. Must be enrolled full time in a Canadian university degree program and be interested and active in community affairs. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered.

Francis Blackduck Memorial "Strong Like Two People" Awards

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: Award for students of Dogrib ancestry enrolled in either college, university, or technical school with a major in environmental studies or natural resources sciences/technologies. Preference will be given to individuals who are able to speak fluently in both Dogrib and English. Focus: Environmental Science; Natural Resources Qualif.: High school students not considered.

(Four Year College, Two Year College/Scholarship)

Purpose: Award for students of Dogrib ancestry. Must be enrolled full time in a Canadian college diploma program and be interested and active in community affairs. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered.

Purpose: Award for students of Dogrib ancestry who are permanent residents of one of four Dogrib communities (Wekweti, Wha Ti, Gamet, or Rae-Edzo). Applicants must be enrolled full time in a Canadian University degree program and interested and active in community affairs. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered.
