Purpose: Scholarships are available to members and sons/daughters of members of Delta Phi Epsilon for graduate and undergraduate programs. Eligibility is based on academic achievement, recommendations and financial need. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
