Purpose: Scholarships given to women residing in Delaware and enrolling in a public or private non-profit college in Delaware as an undergraduate student. Must have a 2.5 GPA. Deadline: April 15. Qualif.: Applicant must be: female. High school students not considered.

Must submit proof of service and related death. Must be ages 16-24 at time of application. Deadline is three weeks before classes begin.
