Harry A. Applegate Scholarship

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Available to current DECA members for undergraduate or graduate study. Must major in marketing education, merchandising, and/or management. Nonrenewable award for high school students based on DECA activities, grades, and need. Submit application to state office by state application deadline. National office must receive applications by the second Monday in March. Focus: Business/Consumer Services; Education; Food Service/Hospitality Qualif.: High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Funds Avail.: Minimum no. of awards: 30. Maximum no. of awards: 100. Minimum award amount: $1000. Maximum award amount: $1500.
