Purpose: Award for investigators conducting research on any aspect of the ear and its function. Applications from new investigators conducting research in generally unexplored areas are encouraged. Awards are in the amount of $20,000 per year. Investigators can apply for 1, 2 or 3 years. Second- and third-year funding are based on progress reports. Write for further information. Available to non-U.S. citizens if affiliated with U.S. institution. Focus: Health and Medical Sciences Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
