Bank of America Minority Scholarship

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Student member of minority community attending Palm Beach County public or private high school intending to major in business. Must have "C" average or better, financial need, be enrolled in an accredited four year college or university. Focus: Business/Consumer Services Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. Thomas William Bennett Memorial Scholarship

(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior, in public or private school, planning on pursuing a career in education, preferably teaching reading skills. Must have 2.5 GPA or better. Walter and Adi Blum Scholarship

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: Scholarship rewarded to high school senior attending public or private school in Palm Beach or Martin County. Must attend approved school in United States. Purpose: For graduating high school seniors who are residents of Palm Beach and Martin Counties demonstrating financial need with special preference given to students who are either members of a minority group or handicapped. These may be two or four year scholarships but are restricted to undergraduate support. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students considered. Loblolly Scholarship Fund

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: In Palm Beach and Martin counties, Florida, available to any student who demonstrates financial need and is in the top 25% of the graduating class. Students in the second quartile of the class are also eligible if they possess an outstanding extracurricular record or if they were required to work during high school to help support their families. Participation in school athletics and meaningful community service is a plus. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
