Cooperative Studies Scholarships
Agriculture Scholarships
(Two Year College, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)
Purpose: Merit-based awards for students enrolled in agricultural programs at participating vocational or technical and community colleges. Application must be submitted through participating school. School submits ten applications to the CHS Foundation. Recipients are selected in the spring. One-time award of $600. Application must be submitted to the school by the students before February 15. Focus: Agribusiness; Agriculture Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Cooperative Studies Scholarships
(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)
Purpose: Renewable awards for college juniors and seniors attending agricultural colleges of participating universities. Must be enrolled in courses on cooperative principles and business practices. Each university selects a recipient in the spring. If the award is given in the junior year, the student is eligible for an additional $750 in their senior year without reapplying provided that eligibility requirements are met. A maximum of $1500 will be awarded to any one student in the cooperative studies program. Focus: Agribusiness; Agriculture Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
