(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Prize)
Purpose: Forty-nine awards totaling $10,000 for essays demonstrating an outstanding grasp of the philosophical meaning of "Atlas Shrugged." Students must be enrolled in either an undergraduate or graduate program. Essay should be between 1000 to 1200 words in length. Winners announced October 21.
