Associated General Contractors of America-New York State Chapter Scholarship Program

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Program designed to encourage and attract students to the heavy and highway construction industry. Preferred courses of study include civil engineering, construction management and construction technology. Must be a resident of New York. Minimum 2.5 GPA required. Focus: Transportation; Civil Engineering; Surveying; Surveying Technology, Cartography, or Geographic Information Science Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Funds Avail.: Minimum no. of awards: 10. Maximum no. of awards: 15. Minimum award amount: $2500. Maximum award amount: $3000.
