Amersham Management Scholarship Program

(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Open to ASRT members only who are completing a master's degree program in health care management, business administration, or other degree (master's or higher) in health care administration. Must have ARRT registered/unrestricted state license and have worked in radiologic sciences for at least one of the last five years. Focus: Health Administration; Health Information Management/Technology Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Jerman-Cahoon Student Scholarship

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: Merit Scholarship for certificate or undergraduate students. Must have completed at least one semester in the Radiological Sciences to apply. Financial need is a factor. Requirements include 3.0 GPA, recommendation and 450-500 word essay. Focus: Health and Medical Sciences Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Purpose: Minority scholarship for certificate or undergraduate students. Must have completed at least one semester in the Radiologic Sciences to apply. Financial need is a factor. Requirements include 3.0 GPA, recommendation, and 450-500 word essay. Focus: Health and Medical Sciences Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to the following races: Native American/Eskimo; Asian; African American; Hispanic.

Siemens Scholar Award

Sponsored in conjunction with Seimen's Medical-Oncology Care Systems. Focus: Health and Medical Sciences; Health Information Management/Technology; Health Administration Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Sponsored in conjunction with E-Z-EM, Inc. Focus: Health and Medical Sciences; Health Information Management/Technology; Health Administration Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Funds Avail.: Minimum no. of awards: 10. Minimum award amount: $1000. No. and Amount Awarded Last Calendar Year: 9 scholarship(s), totalling $9,000.
