Purpose: One award for the Eagle Scout of the Year winner from Tennessee for use at any postsecondary institution in the U.S. One-time award of $1500 for Eagle Scouts 18 years old or younger. Qualif.: Applicant must be: 15-18 years old, male. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
