Must be enrolled in a program of study in political science, public programs, or special education. Must be a citizen of the U.S. and of Arizona for at least one year. Honorably discharged veterans or immediate family members are given preference. Focus: Political Science; Social Services; Special Education; Public Policy and Administration Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
