(Four Year College, Two Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Scholarships are given to students who are declared accounting, finance or information systems major with an overall and major GPA of at least 3.0. Eligible applicants will have completed at least 30 semester hours. Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited college or university in the United States. Must be an AICPA student affiliate member. Focus: Accounting Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Purpose: Each year up to seven scholarships are awarded to liberal arts degree holders pursuing graduate studies in accounting who, in the opinion of the AICPA's Selection Committee, show significant potential to become successful practitioners. The selection is based on demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, leadership and future career interest. Focus: Accounting Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.

Fellowships for Minority Doctoral Students

Purpose: Fellowships are available to minority students enrolled in a doctoral program with a concentration in accounting. Must have earned a master's degree and/or completed a minimum of three years full-time experience in the practice of accounting. Recipients of the fellowship will attend school on a full-time basis. Focus: Accounting Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to the following races: Native American/Eskimo; Asian; African American; Hispanic.

Scholarships for Minority Accounting Students

(Four Year College, University/Scholarship)

Purpose: Scholarships are given to minority students who are declared accounting majors with an overall and major GPA of 3.3. Must be a minority student who has satisfactorily completed at least 30 semester hours (or equivalent) including at least six semester hours in accounting. Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university. Focus: Accounting Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to the following races: Native American/Eskimo; Asian; African American; Hispanic.
