ACF-Notah Begay III Scholarship Program for Native American Scholar Athletes

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: $500 per year will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who are residents of New Mexico, have at least 50% Indian Blood, played varsity level sports in high school, and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Must attend an accredited, not-for-profit educational institution in the United States. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens. Award available to the following races: Native American/Eskimo.

Funds Avail.: Minimum no. of awards: 4. Maximum no. of awards: 6. Minimum award amount: $500. No. and Amount Awarded Last Calendar Year: 5 scholarship(s), totalling $3,000. Albuquerque Community Foundation New Mexico Manufactured Housing Scholarship Program

(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)

Purpose: One $1000 award will be made to one New Mexico high school senior graduating with a 3.0 GPA and living in a mobile/manufactured home. Award is to be used for study in a two-year, four-year, or vocational institution. Annual application deadline is in March. Sussman-Miller Educational Assistance Fund

(Four Year College, University/Grant)

Purpose: Program to provide financial aid to enable students to continue with an undergraduate program. This is a "gap" program based on financial need. Must be resident of New Mexico. Qualif.: Applicant must be: full-time student. High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
