Akron Urban League Scholarship Program
(Four Year College, Two Year College, University, Vocational/Occupational/Scholarship)
Purpose: This scholarship is designated for 17-19 year-old high school students who are planning on furthering their education. Awards range from $250 to full tuition. Application deadline is March 1. Restricted to applicants who are residents of Ohio. Qualif.: Applicant must be: 17-19 years old, full-time student. High school students considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
Funds Avail.: Minimum no. of awards: 40. Maximum no. of awards: 45. No. and Amount Awarded Last Calendar Year: $100,000 total.
