Purpose: One-time awards for study of aviation aeronautics and aircraft maintenance. Must be a U.S. citizen residing in New England and enrolled in an educational institution in New England. Focus: Aviation/Aerospace Qualif.: High school students not considered. Award available to U.S. citizens.
