SAT Prep | Additional Error Types

The preceding review is a representative sample of the kinds of errors you will encounter; it doesn’t cover all error types. Below is a “mixed bag” of other error types.

Double Negative: I can’t hardly see the bridge from here due to the fog.

Explanation: The writer’s view of the bridge is obscured. He or she either can’t see the bridge or can hardly see it. Joined together, “can’t “ and “hardly” cancel each other out.
