Summary of Event
George O. Squier invented a method to send many messages through power lines at the same time. General Squier was in the military, and part of his job was to determine if an invention had any military use. He invented the photochronograph, which allowed calculation of the velocity of an object. In 1908, while on military duty, he flew a plane made by the Wright Brothers.
