Only those signs that occur after Act 2? Okay, fair enough.

The first is the clash between Mercutio and Tybalt (Act 3). A wedding should not be followed by a violent, bitter fight (and a death)

In scene 2 of that same act, when Romeo isn't there yet, the nurse cries out "He's dead… "and mentions Romeo's name. Juliet thinks Romeo is dead, as he soon will be.

When Juliet learns that Romeo kills Tybalt, that too is a bad sign, and for many reasons. He's attacked her family, which is like attacking her. She feels betrayed, and she weeps for multiple losses. Romeo's exile carries a threat of death with it, which is like a promise he will die.

Later in that act, when the friar tells Romeo he's been banished (not ordered directly killed), Romeo says that this is worse.

Later still, Romeo offers to cut out the part of him that makes him a Montague. Since he is a Montague throughout his body, this is offering to die.

There are more, of course, but these are a start.
