   It is very possible that Juliet's affections for Romeo stem from her sheltered childhood and naivete to the concept of love. Don't forget: Juliet is always "chaperoned" by the Nurse and thus has never had an interaction, nor any intimacy, of this caliber with a boy.  Therefore, her love is really a type of infatuation, "puppy love" even, in that she simply feels a strong attraction to Romeo and quite probably cannot explain why. Alot of it must be physical as demonstrated in the way that she speaks about him, focusing on his looks.  She even says in Act III, "...And when he shall die, take him and cut him out into little stars, and he will make the face of heaven so fine that all the world will be in love with night and pay no worship to the garish sun", exemplifying how she is enamored with his looks.  If Juliet were to describe her feelings, she would most likely focus on her physical attraction to Romeo.
