Tybalt is a Capulet, Juliet's cousin and Capulet's nephew. So it's a fair assumption that his friends will be the Capulet clan. But the text never actually says who's with him!

You might think Sampson and Gregory, from Act 1, Scene 1, might be Tybalt's friends: they too are of the house of Capulet. But when Tybalt enters, he says

    Enter Tybalt

    TYBALT
What, art thou drawn among these heartless hinds?
Turn thee, Benvolio, look upon thy death.

He thinks the men are "heartless hinds". They aren't his friends. And he enters by himself.

Moreover, when he enters Act 3, Scene 1 (when he kills Mercutio) the text just says:

    Enter TYBALT and others

    TYBALT
Follow me close, for I will speak to them.
Gentlemen, good den: a word with one of you.

Tybalt clearly addresses them "Follow me close" - but we don't know who they are! So I can't really answer your question, beyond saying that - if you're the director of a production, the decision is yours to make.
