Romeo. To me, that is who is to blame. If he had not went to the party in the first place, he would not have started this all. He would have not met Juliet and wanted to be with her. He would have fallen in love with another, as would she, and they would have lived.
Yet, if he had not gone, it wouldn't be much of a story, would it?
There many people to blame really. All those, part of the story led to the deaths. You could pick anyone, and try to relate it to the death.
But, then again, what does anyone, not there at the moment to see it play out, know?
