I think that each theory has a great deal of relevancy in particular settings or understandings. If one were a believer in a singular notion of the good, then perhaps the Aristotelian vision of ethical conduct would be plausible. If one were devoutly driven by the idea of political maximizing, utilitarianism would be critical in understanding how decisions and conduct should be guided. If one believed in an internal notion of the human good, then Kantian models could be embraced. I think that a large part of this answer is dependent on the type of fundamental belie that animates the individual, as well as the particular setting in which the belief system is posited.
