how could the story change if it were told by another character in the story?

I would have liked to see the story narrated by Tracy Tupman. It would have given the story a little bit more flair, flirtatiousness, and end up somewhat being ribald.

Any time a story is told from a different point of view, you must take into consideration the characteristics which make that character unique.  The reply in #2 gives you a great example of that.

Think for instance on the story of the Three Little Pigs.  We have the original told from the pigs' point of view where the wolf is a horrible creature who just wants to eat them.  Then in the story from the Wolf's point of view, we learn that he just wanted a cup of sugar for his dear old granny's birthday cake and those silly pigs completely misunderstood.

Now, go back to your story.  What characters are fully developed?  What makes them unique?  How would the story be told from one or more of their points of view?  Cool exercise!
