Biography
I am currently an adjunct instructor at a private not-for-profit college where I teach writing and humanities courses. Previously I taught high school English, including accelerated and AP courses. While I was a high school teacher, I also directed the plays and am proud to have directed many classic plays, including Shakespeare comedies and one original stage adaptation of a classic novel. I am a published writer of educational materials and co-author or author of several Advanced Placement literature guides. I am also co-author of a book to help students understand and interpret poetry and a classroom skillbook series to help students understand Shakespeare. I have presented or co-presented at several national conferences sponsored by NCTE and the College Board.
