Bio

I teach 9th, 11th, and 12th grade English, as well as Journalism and Film Studies. I am trained as both an English teacher and an archaeologist. I have a particular interest in the teaching of writing and in Native American studies. I was a Maya archaeologist in Belize and Guatemala before becoming an English teacher.
