Biography
I graduated from Rider University in Lawrencville, N.J., where I studied English literature, journalism and fine arts (dance). After working for a short time as a journalist, I was accepted into the New York City Teaching Fellows program, which led me to City College of New York, where I earned a Master's of Arts in English Education. I currently teach English in a public high school in the South Bronx, and I love my job, even though it can be challenging some days. :)
