Bio
Hi, My name is Melissa Ragan. I teach high school English to 9th and 10th grade students at Lawrence High School. Most of my students are English language learners. They have the challenging job of learning and language while they learn the content. I love my job. I wasn't always a teacher. Four years ago, I worked in publishing (creating textbooks for kids) and before that I worked in fiance for 10 years.
Interests
In my free time, I like to read and write. I also author a parenting blog. I have three children, a dog and a cat. We all enjoy camping, hiking, and travel!
