Greetings from Samuel Morse

Bio

I am in my 37th year of teaching! I have degrees in music education, but added English/Language Arts certification when I could see where the direction of arts education was going. Many programs have been cut. I also have certification in Gifted and talented.

Interests

I love to perform and have been a performer at a renaissance faire for several years. I also volunteer at a local professional theater. In addition to my love of performing, I design and create costumes, knit and absolutely love to read. Shakespeare is among my favorite authors. My most recent interest is in creating my own virtual classroom and teaching the students how to use it. Since I have sixth graders, this is the first experience they have had with the virtual classroom. Once we get it going, it will be great fun.
