Sever (aka Coach Shera) is a compelling presenter, learning consultant, and creative business coach with nearly 20 years experience in business start-ups, corporate training, learning systems, and courseware production. With entrepreneurial efficiency, fresh perspectives, and powerful implementation, she brings an solution-oriented, visionary approach to marketing, product development, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and professional development. She began her own entrepreneurial career in sales at the ripe age of 14, motivated by the desire to perform in Europe with a youth symphonic orchestra. Her love for travel and other cultures has brought her to over 25 countries as an corporate trainer, teacher, writer, meeting planner, and tour guide. Her clients include numerous Fortune 500 companies with senior consulting positions at McGraw-Hill Publishers, CARAT (California Research & Training), the University of California, Berkeley, and San Francisco State University Professional Development programs. She consults regularly with businesses and learning organizations, non-profit and community leaders, and has coached hundreds of business owners, social entrepreneurs and professionals who are now happily living and thriving in socially responsible, conscious businesses and vocations of their choice. She has written and delivered hundreds of courseware modules and learning programs within the corporate, academic and non-profit sectors, and was awarded “Most Innovative Curriculum” by the US Dept of Vocational Education for career development.
