I'm not sure what you mean by "explain", but I'll do what I can.  In #1, Lennie got distracted by a satiny red dress and wanted to touch it.  He got accused of trying to rape the girl and he and George had to run away.  In #2, George shows how he has to lie for Lennie in order to keep them together - the boss is clearly discriminatory and has to be convinced to keep silent Lennie there.  In #3, Curley is trying to bait Lennie because he feels inferior.  Curley is being a bully.  He finally goes so far that George tells Lennie, who has been holding back, that it is ok to fight.  Lennie grabs Curley's hand but doesn't understand to let go.  In #4, Lennie is in awe of Curley's wife.  She is pretty and she flirts.  She is clearly unhappy, and her unhappiness echoes the theme of being trapped by society.  In #5, Lennie is petting the puppy when he shouldn't be.  When the puppy starts to make noise, Lennie tries to quiet him and ends up killing him.  The foreshadows the death of Curley's wife.
