Curley's wife is one of the most interesting characters in Of Mice and Men, and despite the way she is viewed by other (male) characters, she shows herself to be immensely complex and interesting.

In the novel, she is viewed as a "tart", "tramp" and "bitch" by the men, who see her as nothing but trouble and who threatens their dreams and happiness. Candy blames her for ruining his dream of living with George and Lennie. Even Curley does not trust her to be with the men alone, and is very suspicious of her intentions.

Good quotes you could use to establish this would be George, who soon after meeting her says: "Jesus, what a tramp" and "so that's what Curley picks for a wife". However, if you want to explore the more interesting side of her character you would want to analyse her vulnerability: she, too, has a dream that hasn't worked out, and she, too is immensely lonely, but unlike other characters, she has no one to talk too. As such she invites a mixed response from readers - she is both a tramp who plays her part and at times is very cold hearted, but also she is a character who invokes real pity.
